2. Artistic Nature & Design Subjectivity

3. Custom-Made, Bespoke & Limited Products — Final Sale

Physical products offered by Encadre Rouge (V2T2LLC) are custom-made, made-to-order, bespoke, one-of-a-kind, limited edition, or produced using rare or regulated materials.

Accordingly:

• All sales are final

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun

This policy applies in accordance with U.S. law and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (custom-made goods exemption), where applicable.

No exception applies unless expressly agreed in writing in advance by the maker, designer, or artist.

4. Production Time, Rarity & Availability

Production timelines are indicative only and depend on:

• Rarity and availability of materials

• Artisan schedules

• Regulatory, sourcing, or customs requirements

• Third-party involvement

Encadre Rouge (V2T2LLC) does not guarantee delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or liability.

5. Jewelry, Precious Metals & Stones

Encadre Rouge offers jewelry and objects incorporating gold, silver, precious and semi-precious stones, colored stones, crystals, and other natural materials. These works may involve multiple independent artisans, goldsmiths, stone setters, suppliers, and third-party specialists.

Encadre Rouge (V2T2LLC) does not independently mine, cut, or certify all stones or materials used in its creations unless expressly stated in writing. As such:

• Any descriptions, representations, or documentation regarding stone origin, treatment, grading, quality, weight, purity, or composition may be based on information provided by third-party suppliers, goldsmiths, or artisans.

• Encadre Rouge does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of third-party representations, certifications, or declarations.

• Encadre Rouge shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations made by third parties, whether intentional or unintentional.

No Certification or Guarantee Unless Expressly Stated. Unless explicitly stated in writing and accompanied by an official certificate from a recognized professional Lab.

• Does not provide gemological certification, valuation, or appraisal services

• Does not guarantee stone grading, origin, treatment status, or investment value

• Does not warrant that materials are suitable for resale, investment, or financial purposes

Craftsmanship & Human Error

All creations are produced using artisanal and hand-crafted processes. Minor irregularities, asymmetries, variations, or imperfections are inherent to handmade works and do not constitute defects.

Encadre Rouge (V2T2LLC) shall not be liable for:

• Errors in workmanship, setting, finishing, or assembly arising from third-party artisans

• Variations caused by natural materials, including inclusions, color variation, veining, or texture

• Human error, whether accidental, negligent, or unintentional

• Acts or omissions by independent contractors, suppliers, or collaborators

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encadre Rouge disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• Third-party materials, stones, metals, or workmanship

• Natural material variation or undisclosed treatments

Buyer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that:

• Third-party involvement is inherent to production

• Absolute uniformity, perfection, or error-free execution cannot be guaranteed

• Encadre Rouge is not responsible for third-party misrepresentation or human error

Any information regarding origin, treatment, grading, purity, weight, or composition may rely on third-party declarations.
Encadre Rouge makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information and disclaims liability for third-party misinformation or error.

7. Identification, Certificates & Documentation

Certain jewelry pieces may be accompanied by identification or documentation, including artisan notes, supplier declarations, or third-party certificates.

• Documentation reflects professional opinion at the time of issuance and may be re-evaluated or disputed by others

10. Intellectual Property
